The boundaries of the property are shaped like a pipe, the stem of which lines the river and gives access to the road, and the bowl of the pipe rises to the top of a hill of pure nature. A 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property, but the trip to town is mostly on a new paved road. Once you get off this newly paved road, the gravel farm lanes will be well maintained by neighboring landowners and a municipal dam project along the way. The gravel road eventually takes you to the beginning of the property, and the long green road takes you to a stream that flows into the river. At this creek, there are 3 parking spaces and a pedestrian bridge that could easily be converted into a bridge to support cars using stones in gabion cages. This small bridge gives access to the developed part of the property, deep in the river valley (a 5 minute walk from the creek crossing). The home sites, including the caretaker s, have a high elevation above the flowing river, and flooding in these areas will not be a problem. There are some more elevated flat areas that would be ideal for jungle cabins with open views of the river valley. The trails from the home site lead deep into the jungle and, to the trained eye, there are incredible treasures to be found!
