The Building is a blank canvas with no usable spaces at this time. The ground floor with two arched doors on the left side of the building leads to a commercial space from the brick street. The split level open plan area leads past a room to a patio in the middle of the property. The arched entrance on the right side of the building leads down a hallway to the courtyard as well, and beyond to a 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, with its own private courtyard to the rear. From the central courtyard, the staircase ascends to the second, third and fourth floors, while the fifth floor roof terrace can only be accessed via separate spiral staircases located on the fourth floor. On the second floor is the most finished unit. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen/living room and 3 French doors that open to the street.
