Created to be one of the classics of Panamanian Neomodern architecture by its designer, the firm of Mallol & Wolfschoon, the Le Cube Mallol House was created as a testament to simplicity and its contrast with the lush vegetation that surrounds it, part of the adjoining Metropolitan Park, creating a dialogue between architecture and Nature. Its occupants will be able to appreciate how the double height of its room and the glass surface that separates it from the garden, give the sensation of being part of the vegetation that surrounds it. It is a house with generous but practical spaces, which has luxury finishes such as marble that adorns the internal walls of the living/dining room, floors and bathrooms. Although it currently has two bedrooms, the third can easily be converted, even with its own bathroom. The roof terrace doubles as a practical open terrace, ideal for entertaining.
